Pricing in Australian dollars — founders and standard individual rates, practice rates by size, and what every plan includes.

The founders rate for your region stays fixed while that subscription remains active; cancel and return later and the then-current standard price applies.

For Australian customers, GST is added at checkout with a tax invoice — in the App Store and Google Play the price already includes it. New Zealand customers pay the listed AUD figure.

Practices are billed together through Stripe by card or invoice, with a customer portal for seats, receipts and plan changes.

A seat is per person, not per login. Suspending someone keeps their seat; marking an administrator as administrative-only frees it.
