What does Akoua cost in the United Kingdom?
Published GBP pricing for the UK service — founders £49/month, standard £69/month or £690/year, and practice seats £69/£62/£55 by size.
United Kingdom pricing is in GBP and excludes VAT; VAT is applied at checkout where applicable. The UK pricing page shows the inc-VAT figure beside every price.

For individuals
- Founding Individual — £49/month ex VAT (£58.80 inc VAT). Monthly only, and the rate is held for as long as your subscription stays active. See what “locked while active” means.
- Standard Individual — £69/month ex VAT (£82.80 inc VAT), or £690/year ex VAT (£828.00 inc VAT). Twelve months for the price of ten, billed once a year.
For practices
One rate for the whole practice, set by its size, billed together via Stripe with a self-serve portal. The UK bands start at a single seat — there is no two-clinician minimum, unlike Australia and New Zealand.
- 1–5 seats — £69 per seat per month ex VAT (£82.80 inc VAT)
- 6–10 seats — £62 per seat per month ex VAT (£74.40 inc VAT)
- 11 or more seats — £55 per seat per month ex VAT (£66.00 inc VAT)
Annual is twelve months for the price of ten: £690, £620 and £550 per seat per year ex VAT. Larger groups, talk to us.

No feature gates and no tiers of honesty: the uncertainty flags, the referral letters and the tasks are included at every price.
