What does "locked while active" mean?

The founders rate for your region stays fixed while that subscription remains active; cancel and return later and the then-current standard price applies.

Reviewed 26 August 2026

The founders rate for your region never rises while that subscription stays active. In Australia and New Zealand that is A$79/month; in the United Kingdom service it is £49/month ex VAT (£58.80 inc VAT). If you cancel and return later, the then-current standard price applies.

What “active” means

The lock follows the subscription, not a register-interest date. For as long as that subscription keeps running, you keep the rate you started on — even as standard pricing rises for people joining later.

Founders pricing is monthly only. There is no annual founders plan.

If you cancel

Coming back after a cancellation means coming back at the price of the day. There’s no reinstatement of the old rate — the then-current standard price applies, whatever that is by then.

We’d rather state that condition plainly than bury it, because a lock with hidden exits isn’t a lock. If you’re unsure how a change to your subscription would affect the rate, ask us before you make it.

Practices are separate

The founders lock applies to the individual monthly founders plan. Practice pricing works differently: one rate for the whole practice, set by its size. Australia and New Zealand use the AUD practice bands; the United Kingdom has its own GBP seat bands.

Getting the rate

In Australia and New Zealand, start the founders subscription while it is on offer through the Australian application cell. In the United Kingdom, start it through the UK application cell; the founders rate locks when your subscription starts. The pricing page for your region is the canonical source for the numbers.

Outside Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom, access is coming soon and no founders rate has been published — register interest rather than using the Australian sign-up page.

Tax is regional too: GST applies to Australian customers only; New Zealand organisations pay the listed AUD figure, while VAT applies to United Kingdom pricing where applicable.
