What does Akoua cost?

Akoua is open in Australia and New Zealand, and this is the live pricing for those regions. The United Kingdom service is open too, with GBP pricing on the UK pricing page. Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST; GST applies to Australian customers only, so New Zealand organisations are billed the listed AUD figure.

For individuals

• Founding Individual — A$79/month + GST. Founders pricing — the rate you get when you sign up today. Monthly only, and the price is locked for as long as your subscription stays active.
• Standard Individual — A$129/month + GST, or A$1,290/year. The ongoing price once founders pricing closes. Annual is twelve months for the price of ten.

For practices

One rate for the whole practice, set by its size — minimum two clinicians in Australia and New Zealand, billed together via Stripe with a self-serve portal. (The UK bands start at a single seat.) Switching to annual gives you twelve months at the price of ten.

• 2–5 active clinicians — A$109 per clinician per month, ex GST.
• 6–10 active clinicians — A$99 per clinician per month, ex GST.
• 11 or more active clinicians — A$89 per clinician per month, ex GST.

That rate is what the system charges at any size — a practice of forty pays the same per clinician as a practice of twelve. At 25 or more clinicians, talk to us before you sign up.

Every plan is the full product

There are no feature gates and no tiers of honesty: the uncertainty flags, the referral letters, the tasks and the MBS billing hints are included at every price. (MBS hints are Australian-only — they’re switched off everywhere else because the schedule is, not because of the plan.) What changes between plans is what you pay, not what Akoua does — the product page is the full walkthrough.

That includes the boundary. On every plan, Akoua is a documentation aid, not a diagnostic device — it makes no clinical inferences, and every draft needs your explicit review and confirmation before anything is saved or exported.
