All of it advisory — these systems surface, they never decide. The signature refrain holds everywhere: only what was said.
A dotted underline means "not sure I heard this" — listen back. A highlighted block means "heard it, couldn't place it" — re-read. Same honey family, two clear actions.
Anything absent from the transcript is marked explicitly — never padded with plausible filler. Safety-critical gaps become a visible flag, not a silent drop.
An independent verifier checks every drafted statement against the transcript — grounding precision 1.00 on our gold set — and confirmed notes carry a provenance seal.

Nookal is currently disabled ahead of its activation approvals. Everything else still exports as clean text and PDF you paste or attach: Best Practice, Medical Director, HealthLink, Medical Objects and My Health Record are on the roadmap, and we’ll say “integrated” only when it actually is.
