Review, flags and confirming

Reading the flags, fixing what needs fixing, and confirming a note.

What do the two uncertainty flags mean?

Akoua marks doubt two ways — a dotted underline means it isn't sure it heard something, and a highlighted block means it heard it but couldn't place it.

What does [not stated] mean in my note?

Anything the consultation didn't cover is marked [not stated] rather than filled in with plausible text, and safety-critical gaps are flagged for you.

Why does listen-back stop working after I confirm?

Listen-back exists so you can check a flagged moment against the audio, and it stops at confirm because confirming deletes the recording.

What happens when I confirm a note?

Nothing is finalised or exported until you confirm a note, and the moment you do, the copy of the consultation audio Akoua holds is deleted.

How does Akoua handle garbled medication names?

Garbled drug names are recovered against an Australian drug vocabulary, shown as visible corrections you can revert, and never invented from nothing.
